Eye Pencil

So I learned this trick from Tyra... and it really works. Make sure you only use A LITTLE BIT lol! I used way to much in this video and thats why my face turned completely white... I also think I should get a new one cause it didn't use to cause that many white streaks when it was new! But this stuff doesn't make your skin dry... it just makes it matte! Just make sure you moisturize before hand. Your makeup stays on forever!
