Eye Pencil

Here is a quick tutorial going through the steps it takes to make hooded eyes more open. I think you can really see the difference at the end that this technique makes to hooded eyes, especially those on more mature skin. Brush used: Make Up For Ever 17s brush. Eyeshadow used: MAC Brown Down and MAC Coffee eyeliner pencil. NOTE: Don't be limited by using a brown colour. You can use whatever colour you like just make sure its darker than the shimmer you might use on the inner corner and make sure that it contains little to no shimmer as you don't want to highlight the wrinkled or loose skin at the out corner of the eye. NOTE: I have idea if Mandy's eyebrow was raised slightly during the "wink" it does appear to be slightly - you know "surprised wink face". Its very very saddening for me to receive so many comments telling me i "cheated" and held her brow or such comments. I've watched and and watched and rewatched the ending of this - and it does appear the brow is slightly lifted but i cannot express ENOUGH that I DID NOT ALTER HER EYEBROW AT ALL - it would never occur to me to do that EVER and it saddens me i have to explain this again.
